Conditions for CCTV use
The following are Catman 247 Conditions & Requirements while using CCTV. There is nothing complicated about them and it is merely to explain what you need for it to work. If any of the conditions are not agreeable, then please do not request this service package. Please feel free to email any question you have, as it is better for you to ask them now rather than find out to your cost?
(Minimum requirement- You need home internet, IOS device (iphone, ipad) or Android phone)
1-You need to have internet access in your home for this system to function. If you do not have internet in your home now, then you cannot use this system.
2-The equipment provided to you belongs to The Catman 247 before, during and after the hire period. At no point do you own it and it will be uninstalled on the last day of your hire period on the last visit.
3-The CCTV uses wifi/internet to connect from your home to your mobile device or to the hand-held device provided to you by The Catman 247 service, during the hire period. The cost of internet access both at home and wherever you are viewing the CCTV is AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Please bear this in mind before requesting this service.
4-The CCTV is offered as part of the Gold Service package. If a customer did not want it but only wanted the additional time spent with their cat(s) that is not a problem. However the package price is as stated, with or without CCTV. It is the time spent with your cat that dictates the price not the additional features.
Important To Understand
How it works is that your home internet will be set up for the camera and your mobile device will be synced up so you can view your home whenever you choose. The home internet is not usually an issue but where you are visiting requires you to have access to wifi. If there is no wifi, for example in your hotel or villa/ apartment accommodation, then your mobile phone’s own data gets used and that could be expensive, as it depends on the phone package deal you have with your service provider.
If there is wifi access at your hotel/accommodation and at your home, it cost you nothing to view.
